Hi, all! It’s Sarah again! What an amazing first month! Firstly, I want to thank each and every one of you for making January the success it has been. This community has shown up and shown out when it comes to getting stronger together. I love how everyone has been curious about our various formats, and I’ve seen the same faces in different classes as you decide what classes fit your schedule, your vibe, your goals!

We are hosting an event this month, “Fall in Love with Les Mills Shapes and Body Balance.”

It’s a mouthful, I know!

We are licensing two class formats (Shapes and Body Balance) from Les Mills, an international fitness company based out of New Zealand. You may have heard of or tried some of their other formats that have been in the area for a long time, like Body Pump, Body Combat, Grit, Body Flow, Sprint, and RPM.

Shapes is a low-impact workout inspired by Barre, Pilates, and Power Yoga. This class is easy on the joints, it’s low-impact, but not low-intensity. You’re gonna feel the burn, and LOVE it! Body Balance incorporates elements of Tai Chi, Pilates, and Yoga for a low-intensity workout that leaves you feeling strong, loose, and revitalized. Both of these offerings are going to make you sweat, make you stronger, and challenge your core!

Come try these classes for FREE! On Saturday, February 11, at 10:00 AM, we are hosting a back-to-back (FREE) Shapes and Body Balance event with a teeny break between the two formats. Bring a friend and a water bottle! We’ll have prizes, we’ll have treats, and most of all, we’ll have a great time!

The celebrating doesn’t stop there! All week until Valentine’s Day, you can bring a friend to mat classes (unlimited club members can bring a friend to premium classes as well).
